We’re extremely excited to announce the opportunity to get your own Dedicated or Semi-dedicated email server. We’ve integrated with a powerful email relay service called RelayCloud. This service gets your the best delivery rates available anywhere – our testes have proven that it’s better than any other service offering out there, which is why we integrated with it.

The integration makes using your own dedicated or semi-dedicate email server completely transparent from inside your account:

1. Sign up for your RelayCloud account
2. Go to COMMUNICATION :: Settings
3. Select “RelayCloud” from the drop-down and enter your RelayCloud IP
4. That’s it! Continue using the system as normal

All of your emails will now be relayed through your dedicated or semi-dedicated email server. This is huge advantage because it gets your email off the multi-user system. So no matter how much email is in the system queue, your email goes out immediately through your RelayCloud account. Your email delivery is also no longer subject to the practices of other users and their affiliates.

Our system email is as good as any multi-user system out there, but all multi-user systems are subject to the limitations mentioned above. So we’ve added this feature for you to give you the option of getting unmatched speed and deliverability if that’s important to you.
